Heartless police fine foodbank collection in latest Higgins development

No sooner do Celtic fans protest with and ACAB banner than the police turn up on schedule to hand out fines to vans picking up food for Glasgow’s poorest.

This tit for tat garbage needs stopped, the fact that an officer who is universally disliked by the support is going to be foisted upon the support by a CEO who has been 10 minutes in the job and done nothing of substance with Dom McKay’s transfer window the difference in our fortunes is a joke.

That we will not hear a word from the club about this is all the worse, in a time of record fuel prices Scotland remains without any of its revenue and needs to rely on the charity of its citizens to feed its most vulnerable.

That the Queens men have come to hound those who help is typical of the situation, come January when Higgins takes his position at the club, expect this kind of heartlessness to become commonplace, it is the unionist way after all.
